Said Jamil Khan
Caseworker – SJK Solicitors
Said has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of UK immigration law and has achieved many successful results for his clients. Said is able to deal with all aspects of immigration and nationality law, including cases involving the Points Based System, Family Migration, EEA free movement, Settlement, Citizenship, and Human Rights.
Said, has a particular interest in assisting employers with their Tier 2 skilled Worker Visas, Tiers 2, Tier 5 of the Point-based system, Sponsor Licenses, and advises on all aspects of business and personal immigration.
Said has an eye for detail and has assisted a number of individuals in preparing high-quality applications for entry clearance, leave to remain, and indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
Said was previously a senior partner with Khan Associates and trained with another firm, prior to joining SJK Solicitors.
Said completed his LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice and Master’s Degree in Careers Guidance and Professional Development at the University of Strathclyde. Said has a qualification of M.A Political Science in International Law and International Relations.
